Premier Land and Water Development Limited, a company committed to land and water resources development in the Caribbean. The company specializes primarily in civil engineering with other disciplines such as architecture, land surveying and quantity surveying available through our associates.
The company is a continuation of the legacy established by its senior partner Stanley Rampair and has a long history dating back to the early 1980s. At that time Stanley Rampair started a small company called Caribbean Land and Water Development Ltd. This company specialized in Agriculture and Water Resources.
The company now has a team of highly qualified professionals with broad and extensive land development experience, ranging from design and construction to project management and business development activities.
